Bird's Eye View of Rutgers Construction

Rabbi Mendy Carlebach, Shliach to South Brunswick, was surprised to hear from Mr. Al Meghnagi that he's keeping close tabs on the construction of the Chabad House at Rutgers University.

The surprise was actually how he's keeping those tabs: the Mr. Meghnagi is a Pilot, and every week after take off, while flying low over the city, he would observe the construction's swift progression.

So for his next flight, he was joined by the Rabbi, who, after donning him with Tefilin, and with camera in hand, joined him for the spectacular birds eye view.
